What If We Disagree?

If you're not satisfied with a stage, you don't approve it. We walk the work with you against the signed scope and the photo record, agree on a fix list in the app, and close it out. Payment for that milestone waits until you sign off.

Example: We submit the framing milestone for sign-off. You spot two items that aren't finished. They go on the fix list, we close them out, you approve — then the milestone is paid. Work continues.
