auto_storiesThe Story Behind This Project
A heritage home in Rosedale with chronic basement leaks. The exterior walls had never been waterproofed since the house was built in the 1920s. We excavated to the footings on all sides, applied a rubber membrane with dimpled drainage board, and added rigid insulation before backfilling. The homeowner can now finish the basement without fear of moisture.
