Full basement underpinning with walkout conversion on Pape Street. Interior dimpled membrane installed on all walls, existing foundation lowered to create legal ceiling height, and a new walkout entrance created. Project documented from excavation through to waterproofing completion.

This East York bungalow needed a complete basement overhaul. The owner wanted a walkout entrance and legal ceiling height. We lowered the floor through full underpinning, cut a new doorway through the foundation wall, and installed dimpled membrane on all walls for moisture protection. The entire basement went from unusable crawlspace to a bright, dry living area.
